All domestic orders are shipped using UPS Ground. All packages are shipped from our Missoula, Montana studio. We are a small team, please allow 5-7 business days for processing orders. 

We accept returns and exchanges. Please email info@shopmairin.com within 10 days of your delivery of your purchase to receive a return authorization. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. We have the right to refuse any returns and exchanges that do not meet our return policy. We do not provide return shipping labels and the customer is responsible for all return costs. The returned or exchanged package must be connected to a return authorization to be processed. 

Returns and exchanges take 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package at our studio. MAIRIN is not responsible for any delays in returns due to issues with our return policy.
