Refund policy

All domestic orders are shipped using USPS. All packages are shipped from our Missoula, Montana studio. We are a small team, please allow 5-7 business days for processing orders. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments. International customs fees are not included and the customer is responsible for payment of customs fee. 

We accept returns and exchanges. Please email mairin@shopmairin.com within 10 days item delivery.  All items must be returned unworn with original tags. Return shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
